These company listings are tied to the brokerage and will continue to be handled by our team to ensure consistency and uninterrupted service for the clients. Our aim is to provide clarity and a smooth transition process for both our agents and their clients.
If you receive a bonus on a sale, the amount you get depends on the type of business. At Silverback Group, we offer company-generated business opportunities, and bonuses are awarded for closing deals with company clients. If you successfully close a company client, you will receive the full bonus amount. However, for deals generated through our company, there may be a split or allocation of the bonus according to our internal policies to ensure fairness and support ongoing lead generation.
