1. Could you tell me a little bit more about the company? Awards? History?
We offer our agents unlimited leads in 5 counties, an administrative assistant, showing assistance, opportunities to earn passive income without ever needing to show a home, we do all electronic document writing for you! 2. What type of coaching/training/mentorship do you provide?
Full service, daily and weekly couching, training, and mentorship.
The Broker, your provided admin assistant, or any team member.
3. What type of commission split do you offer?
If you bring your own client you keep 80% and we still provide full service assist in every way. If we give you a client, you keep 60% with full service assistance.
4. What types of costs will I incur?
No costs incurred by you. We only collect the office dues of $100 per month from your commission when you close a deal.

12. What happens to my listings if I leave this brokerage for any reason?
We would honor the same split originally agreed upon. We would never keep an agents hard earned commission if they left.
13. What happens if I get a bonus on a sale I make? Do I get the whole amount ?? would I have to split it?
We usually split all commissions but would work with you on a bonus.
15. What is the company’s policy regarding properties that I could buy ?? sell for myself (as an investment)? For example, if I bought a property and flipped it, would I have to pay the company a listing commission?
Personal Residences purchase by our agents do not have any split, it is our house warming present to you once you have been with the company for a short time.
16. What special bonuses or incentives do you offer for when I become a top producer with your company?
Even before you are a top producer, once you have proven your eagerness to do well you will be able to choose the specific cities you want leads in.
