We offer classes every day in the Market Center as well as free coaching programs.
None of our staff is in production and our sole job is to be there to help our agents. We have two coaches who are in the office every day in order to help our new and experienced agents. In addition, we have a culture of giving and abundance. Our experienced agents often teach classes and are available to help out other agents.
We offer a capped commission structure meaning that in any given year our agents can make 100% on their closings after paying in their cap for the year. Each agent moves up on their split at the same production levels.
All of the brokerage fees are lumped into one payment together. We have the lowest fees out of any of the brokerages in the area at just $35 a month. This includes your technology fees and error and omission insurance fees. Upon joining there is a one time $100 fee in order to get into all of our systems, including our profit share system. We offer 500 business cards to all of our new agents, as well as a name tag. We have signs available for our agents to borrow until they are prepared to purchase their own. All agents must join the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors (GLAR) in order to be connected to a brokerage in the area. These dues will be billed separately to the agent by the association.

Referrals are given out to agents that participate on committees. This requires only one hour a month and allows all of our agents to have a say on KW Lansing policies.

After doing a certain amount of production in a year our agents are entitled to two free transactions for themselves.
