2. What type of coaching/training/mentorship do you provide?

We have productivity coaching for all of our new agents and for any agent looking to cap or re-energize their business. Our training calendar has daily activities for all levels of production and is interactive and can be accessed online. Training is taught by coaches and experienced agents that have an interest in helping others grow! Our mentor training program helps agents by assisting them with side by side mentoring through their first 6 transactions. Biweekly broker hour assists agents with questions on tricky transactions or just everyday help. Our Wednesday forms classes is held for all agents to learn the ins and outs of all real estate related forms and agency. Keller Williams has many different types of coaching available with a one on one consultation we can help guide and agent down any path.

3. What type of commission split do you offer?

We offer two different splits which will be discussed at your appointment. Every agent at our office has the ability to cap and earn 100% of their commission and earn credits to reduce their cap on their anniversary date with the disappearing cap. Ask for details.
