We offer mentoring and hands on training both in class and out in the field. We feature 2 weekly training sessions, group coaching on real estate updates and listings. Agent training package. Coaching along with group agents. Training with MLS Basic searches, apps, programs. Search templates and creating momentum. Sphere of Influence, social media, e-letters, farming agency relationships, creating CMAs, Offer presentation, Seller Presentation, Buyer presentations, Consultation of forms and documents, Listing activities, Procedures for cold calling, photos, measuring, Inspections, financing requirements, appraisal process and requirements, title commitments, closing documents, understanding the settlement and closing procedures, home warranty applications, real estate resources and websites, transaction desk, showing desk and authesign, SkySlope, HUD, additional useful apps and programs and marketing.
