While our brokerage flag is new to the Metro Detroit skyline, the foundation it sits on is built on years of experience. Our leadership team brings a combined 60+ years of industry experience and thousands of successful real estate sales. But honestly, while industry awards are nice, we measure our true 'rewards' by our client retention and the success of the agents who join us.

Detroiters & Michiganders value authenticity, local expertise, and hustle. Since most buyers start their search on Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com, we ensure our data feed via local MLS is pristine. To truly stand out, we balances the massive reach of national portals with the "Motor City grit" of hyperlocal video marketing. But Metro Detroit is a "who-you-know" town. It's more likely than not that you would be able to take the listing with you.

You get to keep the entire bonus.

There are no fees for the first transaction. Each additional transaction will be charged a transaction fee.
