1. Could you tell me a little bit more about the company? Awards? History?

We are a Team office which means that each of our agents are all specialists and focuses only on ONE side of the business (ie: you are either a buyer agent or listing agent) while our admin staff handles the behind the scenes tasks that take away from the agent's money-making activities! All agents at RCG start as a buyers agent and once our agents reach a specific sales quota, they can be trained to work the listing side of the business!

We handle- Livingston, Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Genesee counties

2. What type of coaching/training/mentorship do you provide?

We have a Bootcamp we take our Agents through that is split into two distinct courses. 1. The "How to be an Agent" course was created to teach new agents the art of BEING an agent. In other words, if I handed you a buyer that is ready to buy a home, would you know what to do with them? This course will show you exactly what a day in the life of an agent is like! 2. The "How to Find Business" course was created to handle the following questions... Where do my leads come from? What do I say to these people to sound educated about Real Estate when I just started? How many hours do I need to prospect a day? When is the best time to prospect? What are the best lead sources to go after? Once our agents graduate from Bootcamp, they are now on to the Mentorship stage which means that the new agent can utilize our current team agents on the ground experience by attending showings with them, closings, home inspections, watching them prospect etc.
