We offer an extensive coaching program with a highly experience Coach as well as top rated training taught by leaders in the market. In our coaching program you will learn the critical skills to not only become a successful real estate agent, but also to grow a profitable real estate BUSINESS. In the program, you will set your own goals and work together with your coach to achieve and exceed your goals. In our top rating training classes you will learn skills to out perform your competition in the market. You will be taught by top producing, award winning agents in the market. Our offices holds more than 50 classes a month that cater to all levels of production. We also offer one on one coaching, as well as, a peers teaching peers environment.
We have a 7 person leadership team to ensure our agents have the best support available. This includes our Broker and Productivity Coach.
Commission splits differ depending on if the agent is individual or on a team. All agents do have the ability to earn 100% of their commissions.

We have a strong network of Investor Agents within our office and offer extensive coaching and training for them. If you purchase a property for your personal residence you do not have to pay the commission to the brokerage. If the purchase is for an investment it is processed as a normal transaction.
All agents have the ability to earn 100% of their commissions based on production. We also offer an opportunity for a disappearing cap as well. Once an agent is in the Top 20% of production in the office they are also eligible for special coaching sessions and a chance to interview for the Associate Leadership Council which allows them to be part of an agent group that makes decisions for the office such as policy updates, budgets, etc.
