We command a large market share in the West Michigan real estate scene with around 100 agents and 4 different office locations. We have no franchise or corporate fees but still offer the strength of a large local real estate presence.

We provide one on one training during our mentor program. Our mentor program was made by us for our local market. We start out with "jumpstart" class that is an 11 session course that meets twice a week. Agents will receive a binder with all the lessons and assignments. Following the lessons, agents stay on the mentor program and have our lead trainer accessible to them for the duration of the program. We have seen many of the agents come through our program go on to be very successful in a short amount of time.
