12. What happens to my listings if I leave this brokerage for any reason?

Stay with brokerage until close if you chose and are paid same as if still with Epique, however if it best suits to move to new brokerage you can port them there and Epique will receive 15% split. This covers the paid advertising, listing billboard, company paid listing photos company paid signs etc.

13. What happens if I get a bonus on a sale I make? Do I get the whole amount ?? would I have to split it?

If already capped same as all commissions 100% paid to agent, otherwise follows the company split formula. All income generated base commission bonuses fees account enter contributed towards reaching the agent, Cap.
