2. What type of coaching/training/mentorship do you provide?

We offer individual as well as group trainings and coaching. Our personal trainings are customized to the individual agent to insure success. What works for one agent doesn't always work for another. We also offer teams with training from top producers for agents looking to explode their business.

3. What type of commission split do you offer?

4. What types of costs will I incur?

We pay for your headshot, bio, and business cards. You are responsible for your MLS fees, board dues, and any paid advertising you would like to do. We have a monthly $49 tech fee that includes CRM, website, & lead generation. Upgraded tech fee or $99 offers an upgraded CRM, dialer, automated video, text, email, & voicemails as well as an AI assistant to respond to inquiries and assist you in converting leads, as well as access to our lead pond.

There is no charge for your primary residence. We have minimum charge for investment properties unless you are capped.

16. What special bonuses or incentives do you offer for when I become a top producer with your company?

We have an incentivized cap program that rewards you for your production by reducing your cap. We also run all sorts of promotions for our agents including tickets, get-a-ways, and vacations.
