We actually do more for you than any other Broker when it comes to helping you Market your listings (free; listing websites, qr codes, listing syndication, etc) – again, we have an In-House Marketing Company to help our agents! Agents do have access to our Company signs for free (but may be charged a fee from a vendor to install a sign post (usually $28 approx). We do however, offer a HUGE discount for personalized signs which we encourage Full Time agents to invest in. Electronic lockboxes are free and provided by Realcomp (if you’re a member) – or we sell lockboxes for approximately $35. (in USD)
Most Brokers charge $300-$500 for a $500,000 E&O Policy. We DOUBLED YOUR COVERAGE and have you covered up to $1,000,000! Yet we only charge $300 per Fiscal Year for the Policy and your payment isn’t due until you close your first transaction. (in USD)
Vision Realty Centers currently belongs to 6 Local Boards and 3 MLS Systems, so our agents can shop and compare and choose which fits them best – average costs are approximately $1,100 - $1,200 per year which covers both (usually broken down into payments). (in USD)
VRC pays for all of the web-based marketing, agents are responsible for any printed materials in which we will Brand the agent.
Yes. One of the first things we will do with our new agents is sit down with them and develop a strategy best suit to that agent. Different agents have different goals for their Real Estate Business. We have several – we dare not say the sources of our leads as we know other Brokers will be reading this.
Full Time : 75000 (in USD)
Part Time : 15000 (in USD)
If the listing is not “pending” or was not a company lead, the agent may take that client with them when they leave (it’s written in our contract). But of course we expect that agent to finish any “pending” transactions in which they will still be compensated their current level of commission.
All income (with the exception of our Residual Income Program) is subject to be split on whatever level you are on with your contract.
The Broker is liable for anything you do regarding real estate. Therefore, ALL transactions MUST flow through the company. You are paid your normal commission split when buying or renting. Selling your home will be less than 1 %.
