You can receive weekly one-on-one calls, as well as unlimited direct access to us. 99% of the time if you need an answer to something someone will be there to assist you. With the recent Covid-19 situation, shadowing is currently not something we implement. But once things settle down again we will make sure there is someone available for shadowing if you are interested.

Basic Model: This is the traditional real estate split. - 80/20 split - No cap - Referral Bonuses Basic: 5% on referred agents. $25/month per referred agent These are the FEES that you will incur in every transaction:, which is deductible to the commission. - $30 risk assessment fee - $35 E&O Insurance - $295 transaction fee (may be charged to the buyer)

These are the FEES that you will incur upon signing: - One-time 100 start-up fee - $99 a month technology and management fee Because we are a virtual brokerage there are currently no desk fees. The cost of marketing is dependent on your budget. Your first 500 business cards are on us; typically they range around $30 per 500. Any other costs are at your sole discretion. Any listing you currently have will remain with the brokerage. You will still be compensated for those listings if and when they sell.

Any bonuses you make are 100% yours to keep.

We are an investor-friendly brokerage. We do not require a commission for properties you flip. If you list the property on the market you will be required to deal with the standard commission fees.

We have a rewards and benefits program for top-producing agents. We provide an annual award for the top producing agents, as well as we do direct promotion for them showing them off as top producers. We also offer bonuses and prizes that vary from time to time.
