The Fontaine Real Estate Group has been honored as Best in Business in the City of Livonia, recognizing our commitment to service, results, and community. Our broker, Jay Fontaine, has also received multiple awards for production and client satisfaction, reflecting the high standard we bring to every transaction.

While we operate as a boutique brokerage, we have a strong and growing presence in Livonia and the surrounding markets.

2. What type of coaching/training/mentorship do you provide?

At the Fontaine Real Estate Group, we offer a combination of hands-on training, ongoing support, and real-world guidance designed to help agents succeed at every stage of their career. We incorporate proven systems and principles, including a strong by-referral approach, to help agents build a sustainable and repeatable pipeline. We do not charge a percentage for a personal transactions. If you were flipping homes on a regular basis there would most likely be a transaction fee charged per transaction
