4. What types of costs will I incur?

Real Broker keeps its cost structure very simple and agent-friendly, with most costs tied directly to production rather than fixed monthly fees. As an agent, the main costs you’ll incur are: An 85/15 commission split until you hit your annual cap, after which you keep 100% of your commission A $250 Broker Review Fee on your first 3 transactions each anniversary year, instead of a monthly fee A $40 compliance (CBR) fee per transaction for broker review and processing A one-time $250 onboarding fee when you first join There are no monthly desk fees, office fees, or franchise costs, since Real is a cloud-based brokerage. 5. What types of advertising does this brokerage do?

Real Broker takes a different approach to advertising compared to traditional brokerages. Instead of focusing heavily on large-scale corporate advertising, Real is built around an agent-first, agent-branded model. At the brokerage level, Real focuses on: Building a strong national brand and reputation Providing technology and marketing tools for agents Offering training on digital marketing, social media, and personal branding Rather than generating leads directly for agents through mass advertising, Real empowers agents to build their own brand and lead generation systems. 12. What happens to my listings if I leave this brokerage for any reason?

Your listings can usually move with you with client approval—it’s just a matter of proper paperwork and brokerage compliance.

13. What happens if I get a bonus on a sale I make? Do I get the whole amount ?? would I have to split it?

Bonuses are treated like commission, so they follow your split—but once you cap, you keep it.

15. What is the company’s policy regarding properties that I could buy ?? sell for myself (as an investment)? For example, if I bought a property and flipped it, would I have to pay the company a listing commission?

Every agent at Real is eligible for up to three (3) personal deals per Anniversary Year. Agents only pay a $250 transaction fee ($275 CAD transaction fee) - instead of the 15% split to Real on personal deals. The $40 CBR fee also applies to all personal deals, totaling $290 US or $315 CAD. A personal deal is any real estate transaction where the Agent, the Agent's spouse, a business entity controlled by the Agent or Agent's spouse, or a revocable trust controlled by the Agent or Agent's spouse, has an ownership interest.
